How to join

  1. Enter the quiz code. Type the 6-character quiz code your teacher or quiz host gave you, or paste the link they shared.
  2. Sign in with Google. Your answers are saved under your name, and there is no separate password to create.
  3. Answer and submit. Questions arrive one at a time. After you hand in, you see your result straight away or once the host releases it.

What you need

Any web browser on a phone, tablet, Chromebook or computer, and a Google account. There is nothing to install.

If the connection drops

Each answer is saved on your device as soon as you give it and syncs when the network returns, so a dropped connection mid-quiz does not lose your work. Joining is the one step that needs a connection, because the quiz code has to be looked up — so join while the network is working.

Questions

My quiz code is not working. What should I check?

Check each character against the code you were given: a quiz code is 6 letters and numbers. If it is still refused, the quiz may have closed or may not be open to new participants, so ask your quiz host.

Which devices can I take a quiz on?

Any device with a web browser: an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, Chromebook, Windows laptop or Mac.

Do I need the Quizoma app to take a quiz?

No. Taking a quiz works fully in your browser, with nothing to install.
